WHO WE ARE

And what sets us apart?

At The Yoga Hut we bring a unique approach to this wonderful way of life; by offering a simple, approachable and  fun atmosphere to you, wherever you are in your yoga practice!

So many people hear the term "Yoga" and assume it's all chanting, kale and incense. We're here to migrate away from that stigma. We teach yoga to you in the way that makes YOU most at ease. Everyone de-stresses in their own way, and we want to honor that! Weather it be intense workouts with screaming metal music, or hey, maybe you want some chanting and kale smoothies to go along with your relaxing yin flow. We won't judge.  Let us show you the way to your best self, by finding yourself!

WHAT'S AN RYT?

And why it's so important?

RYT stands for "Registered Yoga Teacher". The most common titles you see are 200RYT, a 300RYT or 500RYT. The numbers stand for how many hours a individual has done schooling for at a registered yoga school. With this, you learn hands-first the important aspects of yoga including proper alignment, breath work, deep understanding of anatomy as well as the spiritual side of yoga! While one does not have to have this credintial to teach, we feel it is extremely important to have. In order to continue to be registered, a RYT MUST attending schooling hours at a registered school. They never stop learning, which is beneficial to everyone!
